About Jerniya

Hello! My name is Jerniya, and I have 7+ years of experience working with children of all ages. I started my childcare journey at Train Up a Child Daycare from ages 15-18, where I learned the foundations of early childhood care. After that, I nannied two young girls for a year until their family moved, creating routines, helping with homework, and supporting their daily needs. I also have a year of mental health experience from working in a mental hospital, which helped me develop patience, empathy, and skills for supporting children with emotional or behavioral challenges. For two years, I worked as a Kindergarten Teacher Assistant, helping with lessons, centers, early learning skills, and classroom structure. I currently work in a daycare and am actively studying Early Childhood Education to further my knowledge and care. I'm passionate, reliable, and truly love creating a safe, fun, and structured environment where children feel supported and excited to learn.
