About Tesia

Hi! My name is Tess I am 24 years old, and I'm a recent graduate from California State University San Marcos with a degree in Psychology. During college, I worked as a nanny for two years, where I cared for children from infancy through toddlerhood. In this role, I developed strong skills in creating engaging routines, supporting early childhood development, managing behavior with patience and consistency, and building trusting relationships with both children and parents. Over the past year, I've been working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one support to children with special needs. This experience has strengthened my ability to implement structured activities, support communication skills, and adapt to each child's unique needs with empathy and care. This summer, I'm looking for a nanny position through September before I relocate. I'm reliable, nurturing, and passionate about helping children grow in a safe, supportive, and fun environment!
