About Katie

Hi! I'm Katie, a caring and dependable babysitter/nanny who loves working with children and supporting families. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, a non-smoker, and currently work as an Advanced Behavior Technician. In this role, I use ABA strategies to support children with daily routines, emotional regulation, safety skills, elementary/middle school learning, and positive behavior. I'm comfortable working 1:1 with children as well as alongside caregivers and regularly collaborate with parents/care teams. I have experience caring for children from 1-year-old through teenagers, including diapering and potty training. I'm happy to prepare simple meals, help with homework, and assist with light housekeeping. I'm comfortable around pets, have reliable transportation, and can safely transport children to school, activities, and outings. I have a degree in Criminal Justice and currently saving for a paralegal program. I truly enjoy becoming a trusted part of the families I work with.
