Patient, fun-spirited, and compassionate! When the concepts your kids have been struggling with finally click, it's the best feeling for everyone! I love being able to find a student's learning style. I'm looking for a job that is consistent, has a supportive family involved, and is willing to be part of the process for their child. I started tutoring when I was a senior in high school, tutoring elementary and middle school students. At university, I worked as a writing consultant helping college peers with essays, history research, and dissertations. As a private tutor, I have worked for 4 years working with a variety of students in different materials, different learning abilities, and different skills. In my spare time, I like to be present with my family, my cat, and read! I also love hiking and sketching. One thing you should know about me is I will always show up for your child, no matter what.
