She is extremely unprofessional. She took it upon herself to get a fingerprint/ Live scan check without discussing this with me first, then demanded reimbursement even though no prior agreement had been made. When I explained that I would have preferred a conversation beforehand, she became very defensive and disrespectful. After I decided not to move forward with her as my child's childcare provider, she sent me threatening messages. Her lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior made it clear that she is not someone I would ever trust with my child's care.
