Iara worked for us as a night nanny for a little over a month just after our baby was born. She is very reliable, always on time, and her communication is great. Every morning, she provided a written report about the night and detailed how much the baby drank and how many wet/dirty diapers he had. She is very knowledgeable and her experience with night nannying really showed. We learned a lot from her which was great, especially as a first-time parent. We highly recommend her and can't say enough good things about her.
