About Tasaundra

Hi! My name is Tasaundra, and I'm a dependable, patient, and caring caregiver who truly enjoys working with children. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, which has strengthened my understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and positive communication. This helps me connect with children in a way that's both nurturing and supportive. I like working with kids because I find excitement in supporting their growth, confidence, and emotional development. As a paraprofessional, I've had the opportunity to work closely with children in structured learning environments, which has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to meet individual needs. I started working with kids about 10 years ago when my niece was born. Since then, I've continued gaining experience caring for children, including my sister, who is now 16 and 4 more nieces and nephews. Over time , I've learned patience, attentiveness, and how to adapt to the unique needs of each child.
