About Erica

Hello! My name is Erica, and I am passionate about working with children. From a young age, I have always enjoyed spending time with kids and helping them learn and grow. I have taken child development classes for three years during high school, which provided me with a strong foundation in understanding the needs and behaviors of children. Since the age of 13, I have gained valuable experience working with kids in various capacities. I spent six months working at a daycare, where I had the opportunity to care for and engage with children on a daily basis. This experience taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and effective communication when working with young ones. I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for the children I care for. Whether it's helping with homework, organizing activities, or simply being there to listen and support, I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of the children and families I work with.
