About Alayna

Hi! My name is Alayna, and I've been working in childcare for nearly five years. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, with a CDA and specialized training in Early Childhood Education. I'm also currently in college pursuing my PhD in Childhood Psychology, a journey that continues to deepen my understanding of child development, behavior, and emotional needs. I'm passionate about creating safe, supportive, and enriching environments where children feel seen, heard, and encouraged to grow. Whether I'm helping with daily routines, educational play, or one-on-one tutoring, I bring patience, structure, and genuine care to everything I do. Every child is unique, and I believe in meeting them with empathy, creativity, and consistency. It's my goal to support not just the child, but the whole family and to be someone you can truly rely on.
