Hi I'm Jada! - a Lakeland local with 2. 5 years of experience working as a preschool teacher in a Montessori inspired setting and 2 years of experience working as an infant and toddler nanny. I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Early Childhood Education, and a Master of Clinical Social Work. Additionally, I am First Aid and CPR certified. I'm passionate about early childhood development and education, family dynamics, and mental health awareness! My childcare approach is nurturing, fun, and educational! I believe in creating a safe, positive space where children feel loved, supported, and free to explore. I'm also comfortable with light housekeeping and other duties, anything I can do to help!
