Hi! I'm a medical student who is passionate about education and helping students feel confident and successful. I grew up in Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland with dual degrees in Biology and African American Studies on a full-ride scholarship. I matriculated directly into medical school, completed my first two years, and then took an academic leave to earn an MS in Public Policy at NYU. While I'm in between returning to finish medical school, I'm excited to support students and families through tutoring, homework help, and after-school care. I tutor Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, English/reading, social studies/history, and middle and high school science. I also support AP-level coursework and homework (no score guarantees). I was a Teaching Assistant in college and am especially interested in combining tutoring with after-school pickup and homework routines. My schedule is flexible and reliable.
