About Sydney

Hello I'm Sydney! I'd describe my personality as energetic and friendly. I'm looking for a childcare position while I'm taking classes for my masters in elementary education. I've been working with kids most of my life. I started babysitting when I was 14 and haven't stopped working with kids since. I have worked at two daycares in the past with my most recent position at catalyst childcare working as the 2-3-year-olds teacher. In my free time I enjoy volunteering and have been teaching Sunday school for about 9 years now. I've nannied for several families and am hoping to get back into it since my previous daycare closed. One thing you should know about me is I'm a combat medic in the Army National Guard. Being a combat medic I am a certified EMT and have CPR and BLS training. In my free time I love to garden, read, and play with my dog. One fun fact about myself is I have gone scuba diving. I am excited for new opportunities and I hope you consider me!
