About Kendra

I'd describe my personality as energetic, compassionate, with leadership qualities. I like working with kids because of the confidence they gain while developing new skills! I'm looking for a job that that is structured and easy going. I'm hoping the family I work with enjoys spending time outdoors. I started working with kids when I was in middle as a camp counselor! Promptly after high school I was offered a live in nanny position with the sensor science advisor of the EPA. After being with them for two years I made the switch to daycares briefly before ultimately making my return to nannying for three years prior to my move to Washington. Since moving to washing I've worked with the early education center by the name of enough horizons as a primary infants teacher. In my spare time, I like to cook, bake, go camping and hiking, and reading poetry. One thing you should know about me is that I am a open communicator! My skills include patience, creativity, and understanding.
