Hi! My name is McKenzie, and I have over four years of professional childcare experience. I worked as a classroom aide in special education classrooms with a school district, where I've had the opportunity to support children at the elementary school level. I've also been caring for children since I was young, and working with kids has always been something I'm passionate about. I strive to create a fun, safe, and positive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I'm outgoing, energetic, and love building genuine connections with the kids I care for. I like to be more of a big-sister role, someone they can laugh with, learn from, and feel supported by while still maintaining a safe and structured environment.
