About Sydney

Hi, I'm Sydney! I'm a dependable and bubbly caregiver with a genuine love for working with children. I take pride in creating a safe, engaging environment for the kids I work with. I am CPR certified and a lifetime Girl Scout, which has shaped my sense of responsibility. I have experience as a nanny for a 2-year-old and an 8-month-old, along with volunteer work in 4th grade, 1st grade, kindergarten, and autism & special needs. I enjoy supporting kids through creative and meaningful activities, including bedtime routines, snack preparation, arts and crafts, homework help, and music. I play both violin and bass guitar and enjoy incorporating music into time with children. I am a graduate of Pepperdine University and Point Loma Nazarene University. I currently live in Navy Yard with my fiancé and work during the day, so I am looking for afternoon, evening, overnight, or weekend opportunities with a family that values flexibility and a warm, trusting relationship.
