About Haley

I started working with kids when I was in highschool. I had always done babysitting jobs here and there but in highschool I started working afterschool program as a music/instrument teacher!! I taught K-5 students harp and piano and it was such a joy to teach my passion to young kids everyday! Now I work with a lot of younger (0-24 month year old) children but still love to babysit older kids. One thing you should know about me is I am very flexible and understanding! I am a 'go with the flow' type of person so if any changes happen I am happy to accommodate. Also I love creative activities so if your kid(s) love to draw/play instruments/sing/dance I'll join in!! In my spare time, I like to play piano and guitar. I am currently a Music Therapy student at Howard University so I spend most of my time focusing on music and practicing!! I also love to read. A good book is a great way to end my day. My skills include creativity, reliability, and empathy!
