Sweta looked after our little one as her full-time nanny from age 3 months to 20 months. Our LO was born only 4 lbs and needed a lot of care to reach certain milestones and Sweta went the extra mile to help her succeed. She was always deeply engaged with our LO throughout the day and never distracted from her work. She was punctual, rarely took time off and has been there to support us, being flexible when we needed it and staying late when we had unexpected delays. She was also supportive when the bittersweet time came for us to transition our LO's daily care from a nanny to a daycare. We would happily recommend Sweta to any family seeking a nanny to take care of their child. We all miss Sweta!
