I worked as a preschool and Montessori teacher for more than 10 years in Nepal before I moved to the United States. I have gone through Early Childhood, CPR, and First Aid training as required for my profession. I can be also adept in attending to the emotional, physical, and behavioral needs of children aged 1 to 5. Madhulika took care of our daughter from age 6 months to 2 years as part of a nanny share. She is very friendly, easygoing and has a comforting personality, making it easy for our daughter and family to adjust to the nanny share. She tailored the care she provided to each child and supported along the way as we encountered weaning bottles before nap time, pacifiers, sleep training, sleep regressions and health issues (including asthma and dietary restrictions). We moved during the nanny share and she was able to accommodate the change in location & schedule, which we are very grateful for. She is always on time, has good communication and would send daily photos and updates. We appreciate how she managed two little ones, letting them learn to interact with each other while also giving each child individual attention and support. She would take them outside for daily walks in the neighborhood or to nearby parks and they really enjoyed this. She also helped build a community for the two kids with other neighborhood kids and their caretakers (playing at the locals parks). She is also playful and has a contagious laugh, often encouraging and responding to the kids playfulness. We highly recommend Madhulika to any family, whether it’s for solo nanny or a nanny share. We are extremely grateful to have worked with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, loving and caring nanny.
