About Alithea
Hello families! My name is Thea and I am an experienced and dedicated mom interested in a babysitting/postpartum doula job. I have three children, a 13-year-old, 8 years old, and 4 years old. I have a background in early childhood education and currently attending school to expand my career as a full spectrum doula. I have a great amount of experience doing occasional babysitting and I used to work at a preschool abroad. I've also been blessed to work as a nanny to wonderful families for some time and so grateful to still work with them from time to time now that their little ones have transitioned to daycare. Thea cared for our son when he was ~6-12 months old. He instantly took to her warm, caring, and playful demeanor. She cooked and served healthy meals, took him to the playground and on stroller adventures, and played musical instruments and sang with him. It warmed my heart seeing him flourish with another caregiver and for her to enjoy his budding personality, as well.
