Suzanne applied to my posted job and chatted in messages, but did not answer the phone for our scheduled interview and never followed up with an explanation. 

Suzanne worked with our family for 8 months. She was reposonsible for taking care of our 1 yr old during the day, and our 3 yr old after pre school. Both of our kids loved her and she always did a fantastic job.

Suzanne watched my 3 year old for several months in 2022. She was a wonderful fit with my son and we are so grateful to have found her on care.com. My son had so much fun with her and we felt comfortable with her care and having her in our home. Even though we don't need ongoing care for my son anymore we still call Suzanne for date nights!

Interviews well, cares a lot, reliable, but loses focus and becomes negative with my son.  When he was communicating tiredness or boredom, or even hunger, she would ask what's wrong rather than soothe him with whatever he needed. She was also be sarcastic with him (and me), judging my parenting choices rather than just doing the job. She was overly focused on her needs and was spending too much time on herself. When I fired her - in a very kind written text - she was negative in return.  Not a good spirited person when faced with ending the job.

I cannot say enough good things about Suzanne. My kids are 3 and 1, which are challenging ages even when the kids are well behaved; there's definitely a lot of care required at this age. Leaving them in someone else's care is very nerve wracking and scary for me and Suzanne was just wonderful every step of the way. I needed someone for overnight care and I came home to two happy, well looked after children and my home was even just as clean as I left it, in spite of my two tiny tornadoes. She sent me updates at every check point and told me how they ate, slept, and their activities like story time. 

My 3 year old daughter was smiling ear when I got back and very first thing she said to me when I came home was "can she (Suzanne) come back again next week?" and that she "had such a good time with her new friend." Anyone who knows my children knows what a glowing recommendation this is and just hearing that made me so grateful to Suzanne for being so good to my babies. 

It was really tough finding someone to cover these dates; my other applicants were perfectly lovely people but I felt uneasy due to lack of experience or other qualities I was looking for, and until interviewing Suzanne I was expecting to cancel my weekend because I was not comfortable leaving my babies with anyone I'd spoken with. She's raised her own kids and has also been providing childcare for many years, so not only do I feel like they're in excellent hands with her looking after them but I feel she could definitely teach me a thing or two as a new mom. My kids unfortunately have no grandparents around so when I meet someone who is as phenomenal with my children as Suzanne has been I watch at listen as much as I can so I can be a better mother to them. 

Thank you again, it means the world to me to know my kids are safe, happy and healthy when I am not with them and I hope to have you back to look after them again in the future!

Suzanne watched our two high-energy boys (ages 5 and 3) full-time for ~5 months. She was great at taking them for walks and playing outside when the weather was nice! She was very reliable, easy-going, and communicative - basically a part of the family while she was here!

Suzanne is the best! She cared for my infant daughter for 3 months in my home while I transitioned back to work. She was always punctual and never missed a day. She treated my daughter like her own and cared for her wonderfully. She even helped around the house with tasks I didn't ask, like straightening up, folding laundry and doing dishes. I'll continue to use Suzanne for date night or school closings if she's available. I highly recommend her! She's also a pleasant person in general whom I enjoy talking to.

Suzanne is a great choice for child care. She loves the kids she watches and is very friendly and personable!

Suzanne got along great with my child. She played with her after school. She helped her complete her homework. Suzanne also made dinner for child on occasion. She was huge help to me.

Suzanne has an immense amount of drive and a lot of patience. She would be a great mother's helper, before and after school care, taking children to after school activities as well as helping with projects or homework. Suzanne is a very pleasant upbeat contributor, she will work very hard for your family and is very helpful at trying to make your everyday life easier.
