About Suzanna

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With four years of experience supporting elementary students, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I adapt my methods by utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions with students to provide a learning environment that meats their specific needs. When subjects become challenging, I break problems into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to maintain momentum. I believe clear communication with families creates a collaborative environment where students truly thrive. In all subjects, I prioritize critical thinking over simple memorization. I also have experience with working with children with neurodivergencies specifically ASD and dyslexia. I am trained in ABA therapy and have a certification in Orton-Gillingham science of reading from Marian University. I currently hold a elementary charter school liscense.
