We hired Sue after interviewing and trying multiple other nannies. Our daughter got along with her almost instantly. She is very dedicated to the task of taking care of infant. Our daughter had a diaper rash when Sue joined and she took the initative of washing it with soap each time. This made all the difference and her diaper rash improved in no time. She is always on time and can independently take care of our daughter while me and my husband work. Sue insures that my daughter has ample tummy time, exercise and sleep. Before Sue joined my daughter only took bottle in her sleep. Sue also helped in improving her feeding habit. We are really lucky to have found Sue for our daughter
