She has cared for my children since they were 4months old, now 8 and 11. They adore her and consider her family. When we have any nanny needs, she's happy to drive across the bay to not only attend to our needs in child care assistance but she also has a genuine desire to spend time with my kids. Rania is kind, professional, prompt, helpful, dedicated, reliable and has a true passion to build up amazing humans. Most recently, her daughter got married and it was a treat to meet the other families she had nanny for and we all felt the same about Rania. That is a true testament to her care because all the children and families adore her. Many even flew in from other states and cities. Rania is great with all ages from infant to elementary. I recommend Rania to any family and setting, you will see what a gem she is
