Rose was wonderful, and we are so grateful for the time she spent with our family. She was reliable, kind, funny, so patient, and genuinely cared for our children. She created a safe environment, facilitated fun outings and activities, handled the daily rhythms of childcare with confidence, and was a steady presence in our home. One thing that stood out to us from the beginning was her ability to stay calm and take action in stressful situations. During her interview, she shared an example from a prior childcare role where she proactively stepped in during a serious emergency involving a child not under her care, and made sure the child received immediate help and medical attention. That story gave us confidence that she is not only nurturing, but also capable and composed when it matters most.
