Rose was awesome with my then 2-year old, who was full of energy. She took him out every day to different parks and places (has her own car) and followed whatever schedule we asked for (he would come home twice a week to nap in his own crib, for example). Being able to take him out and run after him was important to us. She was also very patient with him and had a lot of empathy for him even when he was expressing frustration. She was pretty flexible about schedules and would do a date night here and there for us!
