Dayci was with our family for 2 years. She took care of our son from the time he was 11 months - almost 3 years old. As an anxious first time mom she was a god send for our family. She is warm, loving, caring, and so so good with kids. I work from home, so got to see first hand a lot of her interaction with and care for our son and she truly treated him as if he were her own family. My son loves her SO much, they have such a strong bond. I always know my son is safe, cared for and happy when he is with her. She is also incredibly reliable, and always shows up on time. Our son is moving on to pre-school, but we would absolutely re-hire Dayci 100 times over. Any family who has the opportunity to have Dayci care for their child(ren) will be incredibly lucky, she is a very special person.
