As a dedicated tutor with three years of experience, I believe every student possesses unique potential. That, plus my BA in psychology as well as an additional BA in communications/double major/webster University... I aim to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material. I encourage open communication to understand what methods work best for them. I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement. I break down complex problems into manageable steps to build momentum. Open dialogue allows me to adapt my approach for optimal student outcomes. I tutor Math, English, Science, Music & Drama, Study Skills, and History. I can help students from elementary school through college.
