About Stephanie

Steff began her teaching career at the age of 13, where she was bussed from her middle school to her local high school to help teach in their child development center. It was there that she discovered her love of education, and received her 45 and 90 credit hours to be a lead preschool teacher by the time she graduated high school. She holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Maryland, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She is certified to teach Elementary, Early Childhood, and Special Education (B-21), and also holds a Reading certification. She has taught in grades prek-5 as a general education teacher, resource teacher, and as a self-contained specialist. She was one of Nebraska's Teachers of the Year in 2010.
