At this time, I am only able to provide short-term care between the months of late May - Beginning of August. I am an occupational therapy assistant since 2010. I currently work in a school district and like to keep busy over the summer. Some of my summer jobs have included personal care for individuals with special needs and work through Behavior Intervention Services and Touchpoint Autism Center. I have experience caring for youths of typical development and special needs as well as teenage-adult persons with special needs. I have experience with children with behavior disorders and special medical considerations. I am trained in Epipen use and am required by my regular work place to remain CPR and First Aid certified. I can work in home and love to take individuals into the community. I also have experience caring for variety of dogs and cats as well as rabbits and hamsters. I do not do well with advanced care for birds, fish and/or plants.
