I have been a childcare provider for over 4 years; 3 of those years are with special needs children and young adults using Applied Behavior Analysis to decrease unwanted behaviors and reward desired behaviors, expand functional or communication skills, and any other concerns parents may have. I am also 2 years into my Registered Behavior Technician certification! I am truly passionate about my job and extremely smitten and over joyed with each child I have and am currently working with!
