I have been a family caregiver for 12+ years, assisting families with their children, ages ranging from newborns to teenagers. VERY comfortable feeding, changing, engaging and putting babies to sleep as well as taking the initiative to help with light housekeeping, children's laundry, picking up around the house, etc. I LOVE to cook, so preparing meals comes very natural to me as well. I have an excellent driving record so helping with errands that require transportation is also fine with me. Most importantly, I find joy in building relationships with the children and families that I work with. Also LOVE animals so any families with furry members are an added bonus :)

We worked with Sofia for 3 years and only ended because we moved out of the area. We love her and our kids we're so lucky to experience amazing outdoor adventures with her. Sofia really supported our boys in growing their independence and learning how to try new things. She was also a huge help during the birth of our second son and in helping our 2 year old adjust. We were lucky to have her!
