My name is Yessenia and I would love the opportunity to take care of your child. I am currently working in a a full time position but my kids are going to school so I am looking for a full time long term position, either with a single family or a share care. I love children very much and always become very attached to the children I care for. I have worked for over 10 families and have more than 20 years of experience. Some have been through share cares but I have also worked with individual families as well. I have a lot of experience with infants and toddlers, including kids with ADHD , and allergic kids , potty training and establishing sleeping and daily routines, I love to stay outdoors for most of the time, one or two time of outside activity . We had the opportunity to work with Yessi over 3 months in a nanny share. She was wonderful with my daughter. I felt confident in Yessi's ability to keep both children safe and cared for at all times. Yessi was very observant and provided regular updates on feeding/sleeping patterns. I would definitely recommend Yessi to any of my friends. She is a fantastic caregiver/nanny!

We absolutely love Yessi! She has been part of our family since my daughter was 4.5 months. As a new mom, I interviewed a lot of nannies until I found the perfect match! As soon as Yessi walked in the door and hugged my daughter, we knew she was the one! From the first day, she understood our top priority for baby care and worked diligently every single day to make sure that both us (parents) and our daughter was happy and taken care of. She tailored the care of our daughter to what we wanted. We always reached out to her for advice as our daughter was growing up. This is because not only does she has over 10 years of nanny share experience but she is a mom mom of 
a toddler herself! Not only did she tailor the baby care but also was very flexible and adjusting to any situation. I knew I could always count on her! Cherry on top, my daughter calls her "mama" and really misses her when she is not around. My daughter's face lightens up and her legs flutter with happiness every time Yessi walks in the door. It's hard to put into words just how incredible Yessi is. She has been an integral part of our home for the last 4 years and has been a fundamental part of my two children's lives. She is an exceptional nanny and cares for our children as though they are her own. My daughter refers to her as her second mom. Can't speak highly enough of her qualities. Over our 4 years together she has seen me through pregnancy and early stages of motherhood, handled sleep issues in infancy, not batted an eye at all the different phases my two children have gone through at any given time and has done it all with calmness and grace. Trust me you'll be happy to have hired her if you're in need of someone you can trust with caring for your children!

Yessi is absolutely wonderful. She took care of our daughter from when she was 6 months to 17 months. She was always punctual, flexible and caring. As our daughter's needs changed we were able to rely on Yessi to help us orient her to her new routine without fail. We were very sad to be moving out of the area and losing such a wonderful caretaker. Any family would be lucky to have her!

Yessenia is the best. Our son was with her from 8mo-10mo and you could tell that even in that short time, they created a great bond. We loved how she engaged with him through songs, reading and frequent trips to the park. She a was knowledgeable and caring addition to our family for the time she was here and I would highly recommend her to any family that has the chance to work with her. 

Yessenia cared for my two children for over 4 years. In that time she became part of our family, and my children still ask regularly for play dates with her!

She is responsible, kind, energetic and so loving. Yessenia engages children respectfully and playfully, on their level. She spoke Spanish with my children, through which they gained comprehension, and some Spanish vocabulary. I personally also appreciated her excellent English (as a native Spanish speaker) for communication with me, and her easy going flexibility around our family's changing needs and schedules. 

All in all, we could not have asked for a better nanny, and would definitely hire Yessenia again!

Incredible nanny! Yessenia basically helped us raise our 3 children from 2012 - Dec 2017 when she was our full-time nanny and a big part of our family. She is incredibly reliable, loving, and trustworthy. Throughout the day, she is constantly talking to and singing to the children. She is pro-active and took the children to the park and library daily and she gets out there and plays with them. I can't say enough good things about Yessenia. She has taught our children so much and loved them like her own. In addition, she was never late and kept our house neat and tidy. 

Yessenia has looked after our daughter with another boy our daughter's age for over a year now. My daughter has really developed a special bond with her and Yessenia has become an integral part of our family. Our daughter is going to preschool so our needs have changed but we will definitely hire her for babysitting as her availability allows. 

She currently works for the families 24-26 hours a week of share care time, the entire time is spent with both children. She started working with them just as they were turning two.

Yessenia is an extremely conscientious, honest, warm and caring person to watch your child(ren). She is energetic and engaging--loves to get the kids outside to explore all the neighborhood has to offer--playgrounds, library story time. When they aren't outside, she dances around the house with them to music, teaches them Spanish and holds her own story times and indoor picnics. As well as taking care of the kids, she also helps out with light child-centric housework always, leaving the house spotless at the end of the day.
