Some have been through share cares but I have also worked with individual families as well. We absolutely love Yessi! She has been part of our family since my daughter was 4.5 months. As a new mom, I interviewed a lot of nannies until I found the perfect match! As soon as Yessi walked in the door and hugged my daughter, we knew she was the one! From the first day, she understood our top priority for baby care and worked diligently every single day to make sure that both us (parents) and our daughter was happy and taken care of. She tailored the care of our daughter to what we wanted. We always reached out to her for advice as our daughter was growing up. This is because not only does she has over 10 years of nanny share experience but she is a mom mom of a toddler herself! Not only did she tailor the baby care but also was very flexible and adjusting to any situation. I knew I could always count on her! Cherry on top, my daughter calls her "mama" and really misses her when she is not around. My daughter's face lightens up and her legs flutter with happiness every time Yessi walks in the door.
