Learning isn't one-size-fits-all, and I'm passionate about tailoring my approach to each student's unique needs. With two years of experience, I focus on building confidence and a love for learning by empowering students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, so students can apply lessons both inside and outside of school. I actively listen and observe to understand their learning style, varying my teaching strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems into manageable steps, ensuring students feel supported every step of the way. Open communication is essential; I believe in building trust and setting clear expectations with both students and parents.
