My husband and I decided to go the nanny route for our 1 and 3 year old due to our crazy, ever changing work schedules. From the moment we hired Sierra she was a part of the family. Her willingness to be flexible with my schedule and also treat our kids as her own made her a huge asset to us. She also helped out with dishes, cleaning, cooking and laundry in her spare time. What a gem!
