About Hailey

I'm a senior at Texas Tech studying Marine Biology. I come from a military family and was adopted, which shaped my love for creating a stable, supportive environment for children. Growing up, I experienced firsthand how meaningful a dependable nanny can be, and that's a big part of why I'm passionate about childcare today. I have several years of experience in nannying, babysitting, dance instruction, and working with children with special needs. I'm CPR & First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, and am very hands-on, dependable, and adaptable to each family's needs. I'm comfortable with infants through pre-teens, school pickups/drop-offs, activities, homework help, meal prep, bedtime routines, light housekeeping, and creating fun, engaging, screen-free activities that help children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and grow.
