About Shontelle

I'd describe myself as intentional, flexible, and values-based I like working with kids because it's important to pour into children and encourage them. Children are our future, but they are also people with value as they are now. I started working with kids when I was in my junior year of high school in 2019. In my spare time, I like to do graphic design, go to city of Cincinnati events, and plan game nights with my friends! One thing you should know about me is I care about what's effective in the moment and in the future, so I do not look for quick fixes. I like intentionality, so I work based on the parents and children's values. My skills include conflict resolution, behavioral activation, and social emotional skills.
