I had the pleasure of working with Lydia in a classroom, and I can't recommend her enough for a nanny position. Lydia is passionate and knowledgeable about ECE and has many years of experience in the field- and it really shows in the way she interacts with children. She is kind, patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys spending time with them. She has a playful, fun personality that children naturally gravitate toward. One of the things I always admired about Lydia was how she followed the children's lead. She paid close attention to their interests and planned engaging activities based on what they were excited about. She was also exceptional at helping children navigate big emotions, express their feelings, and build positive relationships with others. Any family would be lucky to have Lydia caring for their children!
