About Shelby

Hi! I'm Shelby and I have 7+ years of experience working with children, especially ages 2 to 6. I studied Child Psychology and interned at a children's hospital as a Child Life Specialist, supporting young children and families. I also spent three years working at a preschool with children ages 2 to 4 and later worked with Make A Wish Georgia and at an autism center supporting young children. Over the years I've also worked as a nanny and babysitter for several families. I currently work remotely in consulting and recently purchased a home in St. Petersburg. I'd love to spend some weekends babysitting and connecting with local families. I'm patient, reliable, and love planning fun activities, reading, and spending time outdoors with kids. I've been CPR and First Aid certified multiple times and would happily renew my certification.
