About Leighann

Hi! My name is Leighann, and I'm a 19-year-old student currently enrolled at the University of South Florida. I've been working with children for most of my life. I am the middle of five and have been babysitting my siblings from a young age. During my senior year of high school, I worked in aftercare at an elementary school, primarily with kindergarteners, but also with other age groups. Also, for the past four summers, I've volunteered at a camp for children and adults with special needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children feel free to be themselves and explore their creativity. I love doing crafts, baking, playing pretend, video games, and board games. I'm patient, attentive, and always willing to work through any challenges your child may face. In my spare time I love going on walks, playing video games, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your family!
