About Shay

I am a vibrant and energetic mother of four boys, all of whom have very different personalities and a kaleidoscope of varying likes and dislikes. For many years I have been very successful at navigating a hustling and bustling household with a multitude of schedules and different sporting activities and hobbies on a daily basis! My experience ranges from the ages of 0-21, and although I have various formal childcare and teaching experiences, my most valuable experience is without a doubt my own personal, informal, real-world experience that no piece of paper can possibly provide. I am extremely confident, supportive, and nurturing of children of all different personalities and needs, and I believe every child is special in their own way. I am a fit, enthusiastic and fun-loving Australian, and I absolutely believe one of my biggest strengths is my love and compassion for ALL children, no matter their strengths and weaknesses, and regardless of cultural differences.
