About Alyce

I grew up as the oldest daughter in a great loving family with 11 children (same mom & dad). This is where I learned to love and help nurture babies and children. I went on to raise 4 successful children of my own. I now have 10 grandchildren (7 that are local) that I love to spend as much time as possible with. I have found that my love and patience for children is my strength is this is what I am so good at. I am very young at heart (I still ride roller coasters with my grandchildren!) and have tons of energy to keep up with little ones. I love walks to the park, trips to the zoo or museum, and library story time outings. I am a firm believer in reading daily to children as it instills a love of reading in them.
