Shauna cared for our Mother for over two years. She is intuitive and thoughtful when caring for an elderly person, simple things for example: warming towels for a shower or highlighting the numbers on the microwave with puff paint because our Mom was visually impaired. She spent extra time stopping by during the Covid lock-down, which was helpful for us because one doesn't always see things on video chat .Shauna would also call if she saw a health condition that needed to be addressed. Shauna was also very helpful when our Mom to needed to go to the hospital, transporting us in her van and waiting to make sure we didn't need anything. We would not hesitate to hire her again if the situation presented itself .
