I first started working with kids when I was 13. I walked two children home from my local elementary school, helped them with their homework and took them to the playground. I was paid $75/week. 

In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, travel, read, go to the gym and try new foods. 

My skills include emotional intelligence, family support and sleep care.

Sha’ron is a blessing. She is very patient, caring and nurturing to our children. She does a very good job communicating with our littles and helping navigate their big emotions.

Sha’ron is the best caregiver you’ll find, hands down! My kids, aged 4 and 6, adore her and look forward to their time with her every week. She’s incredibly creative, coming up with engaging arts and crafts projects. Sha’ron’s attentive nature ensures that every child’s needs are met—whether it’s helping with homework, preparing nutritious snacks, or providing comfort during tough moments.

She gives her undivided attention to the kids, instilling wisdom through everyday activities such as teaching them about responsibility by organizing their toys or introducing them to the basics of gardening. There is never a dull moment with her as they are always laughing together while playing games like charades or putting on impromptu puppet shows.

Her unmatched patience shines through, especially during the bedtime routine, where she reads bedtime stories and sings lullabies with a calm and soothing voice. Sha’ron's amazing memory allows her to remember each child’s preferences and milestones, ensuring personalized care that makes every child feel special. She truly goes out of her way to make her time with the kids productive, fun, and wholesome by planning educational outings to local museums and parks.

Could not recommend her enough for anyone in need of a caring and dedicated caregiver who treats each child with the love and attention they deserve.

I would recommend Sha’ron to any family or friends who need a great nanny, educator and more. If there was a word for surpassing going above and beyond it would definitely fit Sha’ron. Thank you so much for your time. 

She did not show up to her interview, when I tried to reach out to her she did not respond. I am not sure what the issue was.

Sha'ron has been our weekend nanny for the past five months, and our five-year-old son loves her very much. She is dependable, punctual, energetic, and engaged with kids. She listens to our needs.  Our weekends are definitely easier with her great help. I would recommend her without any reservation.

Sha'ron was exactly what my husband and I needed. She is wonderful with our 2 year old son E. and allows us to work with a peace of mind because E totally adores her. She reads and plays with him, and also is great with teaching him creatively. She is wonderful with planning events and even helped us with his last birthday party. He has so much fun and looks forward to his time with Sha'ron! She is the best decision we made for our son's care.

Miss Tiye was a phenomenal provider for my 2 year old A.! I'd say she was the most enthusiastic and passionate about caring for my son. He loved playing with her and going on walks. His eyes would light up and be excited to start the day with her. She did multiple activities with him daily and I've seen a huge impact in his development. She is professional and fun. Unfortunately  I had to relocate for my job. A. was upset but is excited that Miss Tiye still keeps in contact. She's an angel!

Sha'ron, better known to us as Tiye, was an amazing babysitter to our daughter K. and son N. She's amazing with kids and we love her so much!

After hiring Sha'ron for a long term nanny position starting on August 3 she gave us less than a week's notice that she would be working for another family. This has left our family in an incredibly difficult position to try to find childcare in a very short period of time. I see that Sha'ron has several positive reviews relating to her abilities as a caretaker which I do not doubt are true, but it is important that other parents looking to hire her know that she has put another family in a bind (and knew that she was doing so).

Sha'Ron is the best. You will not find better. She is kind, intuitive and brilliant. Children gravitate towards her. She strives to be the best in her field. Sha'Ron has been a part of our family for just shy of three years. Our children love her. She thinks of everything. Once she really knows and tunes in with your child, she can find incredible activities to do with them. She is like a cartoon the way she makes learning fun. She does arts and crafts, she sings and dances, she plays outside, she potty trains, she's organized, she's professional. Amazing. 

My family has three children. My favorite thing about Sha'Ron is that she makes each of them feel like they are the most important to her. They get excited to know she's coming. It's hard to get my eleven year old excited about anything. It's such a relief to genuinely feel your child is safe with someone that is not you. I am eternally grateful.

Sha'ron is dependable and punctual, professional, and spunky! She stayed in character throughout my daughter's entire party.  Her team helped with set up, came in costume and helped with clean up. I will definitely be back and I will be sending referrals.

I hired her as a choreographer for my daughters dance party and she was truly amazing.  I thank her for her patience and punctuality.  The kids,  the parents,  we all loved her high spirits and love for a craft.  I would hire her a million times over if possible!!!!!

Sha'ron is awesome, she pays attention to detail very well. She is very quick to know what is going on with the kids she is taking care of. I am the parent and she noticed things in a matter of minutes that took me a while to pick up. I felt very safe with leaving my kids in her care and this is not easy as my kids are the most important people in my life.

She is also very caring and kids can sense that and will reciprocate this to her.

Sha'Ron is an excellent caregiver. She was with our family for one and a half years and was amazing with our little boy (he was four and a half when she started working with us, and he liked her best out of all the nannies we interviewed, as did I). He is a very shy kid, but he warmed up to her quickly. She was always punctual and great about sharing the details of his day. She took him to activities, play dates, picked him up from school, and kept him busy, social and safe. We were extremely happy with her and highly recommend her!

Shar'on is an AMAZING caregiver and is a part of our family. She is always early, easy to communicate with and honest. My daughter adores her and I feel completely at peace when my soon to be one year old is with her. She actively engages my baby, talks to her and they have a blast. Sha'ron is also very professional and her love for children is apparent in her work.  My family is blessed and better for having found her.

She is very loving and sweet minded and also at heart a very outgoing person who loves children like her very own free spirited and is very created the best I have seen yet dealing with children  she has her brilliant ways in handling children i absolutely love it

Sha'ron is extremely professional, respectful, dependable and reliable. She has a genuine love and passion for children and is very attentive. You will have NO worries with your children in her care!
