I have over 10 years of experience working in childcare as both a babysitter and nanny. Throughout my career, I expanded my experience by becoming a full spectrum doula.

I've had the opportunity to support more than 100 families, with experience caring for newborns, multiples, assisting with sleep training, establishing routines, and providing overall family support.

I'm a fun, loving, dependable, and outgoing caregiver who genuinely cares about each child's well-being. My goal is always to create a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment where children can feel secure, supported, and cared for.

I'm currently continuing my education within the healthcare which allows me to bring an even deeper understanding of pregnancy, newborn care, and family support into my work.

At this time, I'm primarily interested in one-time, occasional, and temporary childcare positions which includes overnight.

I invited Tay to watch my 4-month son for 6 hours while I did chores and worked from home. She was communicative and punctual. She recorded times of when he woke, when he slept, when he fed, and how much he fed. She shared her experience and expertise about sleep training, which we started same day. She left a detailed note on how to continue carrying this out in the future. She was warm and caring and engaging with my son, who was very comfortable with her. I would definitely hire her again for times that I need childcare and I need to leave the house.

I cannot say enough good things about Tay. She cared for my daughter from 2 to almost 6 months. She came in when my new mom life was chaos and brought order. I trust her fully, she knows what she is doing and taught me so much! 

I don't want to be dramatic but Tay gave me my life back. My 10 week old baby was sleeping mostly during the day and little during the night. Tay helped my first baby to sleep much longer stretches at night and only wake up once during the night for feeding. I finally feel like a human again! She also helped me create a rhythm with her during the days that makes me feel confident taking care of my baby. I highly, highly recommend her! 

Tay is awesome! She helped our family when I had to return from maternity leave in August through the holidays weekly. She was always on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was not bothered by my three barking dogs every time she came over and was a pleasure to have in our home. I would absolutely recommend her and would have her in our home again.

Tayy helped us with our newborn baby. She is very responsible, punctual and she shows experience. She helped our baby to start a sleep routine and help us to get some sleep. I highly recommend her!

Tay was so wonderful with my little baby girl for several days a week for many months. I’m a first time mom so I was really particular about interviewing and finding the right person to help that I could trust. Tay is extremely responsible, reliable, and knowledgable. She knew instantly how to calm my baby down and loved playing, dancing, and singing with her.  My baby needed some special care due to surgery and Tay really took great care of her during that time. Her experience and training as a doula also was really wonderful to have especially in those early months. - it put my mind at ease. I’d recommend Tay for anybody looking for help with their newborn or baby.

Kintayja/ Tay was amazing. She came in to help us with a very short notice request. We were out and got stuck at the restaurant for longer than we have thought but Tay was able to stay longer. I would definitely request her service again. 

Tay was a lifesaver! We were in a bit of a bind when our son became sick and we couldn’t move around work obligations. We found her through care.com and she was very responsive, personable and accommodating. She was wonderful with our son, very interactive, attentive and just jumped right in. We will absolutely be working with Tay in the future and strongly recommend her! 

Could not recommend Tay more! We had a last minute need for an all day sitter for our 13-month old and she was very responsive in my scattered approach to try and lock in someone for the following day. Our baby girl also immediately felt comfortable with Tay and barely even noticed when I left the room. I know we will be reaching out and using Tay moving forward.

What sets her apart is a holistic approach that addresses the emotional and mental aspects of motherhood. She took the time to understand my nursing goals, return to work, and create a schedule that allowed me to bond with my baby. She coached me through every step of taking care of my baby and then set up challenges for me so that I could learn to do things on my own. In particular breastfeeding, I found her coaching a lot more pragmatic and useful than the lactation consultants that I had initially worked with my insurance. She also helped organize my space which had been long overdue since the baby arrived sooner than I expected.

Her support extended beyond the practicalities of care – during moments when I was losing confidence or second-guessing myself, she provided the reassurance and encouragement I needed. Her unwavering belief in my abilities as a mother was a source of strength during challenging times. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also flexible and accommodating, making herself available whenever needed. I am truly grateful for her dedication and the immeasurable impact she has had on both me and my baby.

Tay was absolutely wonderful! We are first time parents and this was our first time using a babysitter - but she put us right at ease. She was sweet, communicative while we were gone, and had such a calming presence. We were so happy to have hired her and would highly recommend her!

Our family has been working with Tay for a while now.. she is wonderful!! We have a 4 month old that she helped us start sleep training right from 10 weeks old.  We were having so much trouble sleeping at night until her help.  She has the most calming presence and great personality, I felt comfortable with leaving her with my baby very early on.  In the mornings she would also play a little with my 3 year old and my daughter loves Tay too.  I would highly recommend her!

Tay was amazing with our 6 month old X. She was very engaging with him and was very helpful during these times he was trying new foods and learning how to crawl. We would love to work with Tay anytime again in the future.

Our experience with Kintayja was wonderful! It is clear she loves what she does and was very patient with our 2.5 month old son. She even helped explain a few things to us, since we are first time parents, that we were able to implement immediately and see improvements! We would 100% recommend her!

Kintayja was very professional, kind, and personable. She stayed with my 2 month old on 3 different occasions. She was always on time and very attentive to his needs. She was also very flexible with my needs. I would definitely hire again.

Tay is amazing. She has such a calm spirit and gentle approach to families - parents and children alike. She's knowledgeable and kind. She's a godsend.

I hired Tay to help when I needed some childcare and household support before heading back to work from maternity leave. My son was having difficulty with taking bottles but Tay so calmly worked with him for a few weeks and took such care to ease my anxiety about it, I don't know what I would have done without her.
