My family employed Kate as a full time nanny for just under 2 years. She provided wonderful care of our boy/girl twins from infancy until just after they turned two and were ready for a pre school environment. I think it is important to note, that our twins were born 3 months premature and had some health and development concerns/delays- I (mom) was very nervous about someone other than me providing daily care for them after they spent months in the NICU. She earned my trust immediately. Kate provided premier support of their development and helped manage their four therapists who came to the house weekly. She learned from the therapists and did everything she could to support what they needed to work on in between sessions. She showered them with love and adventure daily, while ensuring they had all of their needs met. She made such a positive impact on our twins and their older school aged sister (who she helped with when needed). She was the perfect fit for our family and I am confident she would provide excellent care to yours.
