If I could give 0 stars I would. I messaged them to talk about what they were booked for. I sent several messages that went unanswered. I am not going to leave my child in the care of someone who does not answer their messages. Further, I spoke with a Customer service agent to make sure they did not get the $20 cancellation fee within 24hrs. SUCCESS. They don't get paid for being irresponsible.
