Over the last 18 years, it has been my enjoyment to come alongside families in helping bring to life their vision for their home! I try my best to create a safe space for children to learn to understand and communicate their needs as best they can at their age. I've found they do well with a balance of exploring outside, trying new activities, and quieter activities like reading, drawing, etc. Individualized care tailored to each child's uniqueness is important in helping develop their strengths in all areas. My last two previous positions lasted 5+ years. I have experience evolving my titles such as starting as a Newborn Care specialist, transitioning to Nanny, then Household Manager as well. Serina was with my family for the last 2 years and I WOULD rehire her in a heartbeat! she took care of my four year old and became family. She is such a loving, flexible, trustworthy, and honest person. I've sometimes overpaid on accident, but she would tell me and send that money back right away. I would have kept her longer except we moved out of state, unlucky for us! Any family would be lucky to have her care for their little one!
