Over the last 15 years, it has been my enjoyment to come alongside families and give each child I care for age appropriate individualized care as best I can to help them develop their sense of self and strengths in all areas. I personally try my best to create a safe space for every child I care for in order for them to learn more of who they are and navigate that. Communication is very important to me and I help each child learn to understand and communicate their needs as best they can at their age. I've found they do well with a balance of exploring outside, trying new activities and quieter activities like reading, drawing, etc. Individualized care tailored to each child's uniqueness is important!
