About Serena
Experience: 6 yrs
I'm passionate about unlocking each student's unique potential through personalized support. With many years of tutoring experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I have been a certified teacher for 4 years now and am experienced with all students. I taught kindergarten for three years and am now a first grade teacher. Communication builds trust and a collaborative environment. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and growing confidence is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring and teaching. I can help with Math, English, Science, Test Preparation, and Art, either at your home or anywhere. I am confident in my ability to help meet the needs of your child!
