Hi! I'm Sarena, a professional caregiver relocating to Seattle in mid-July. I hold a B. S. in Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) with a Pre-Health concentration, bringing a developmental approach to childcare. I have 5+ years of professional caregiving experience in both early childhood education and in-home settings, specializing in creating engaging, milestone-focused schedules for children. My background includes a clinical internship at My Heroes Therapy, supporting children with disabilities through therapeutic modalities. I also have cross-generational experience caregiving for older adults, which sharpened my adaptability and organization skills. I am highly responsible and reliable, and am fully available to manage family logistics, including carpools, grocery shopping, meal prep, and errands.
