I'm looking for another family to join the nanny share I work for. The share rate is $21 an hr per family. Other child is 1. My background includes working as a professional nanny and daycare/preschool teacher caring for children ages 3 months to 3 years, specializing in families with two children under two. With over 10 years of childcare experience, including 9 years as a full-time nanny, I create a structured, nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I focus on healthy sleep habits, communication, social-emotional development, independence, and potty training readiness. Our days include outdoor adventures, parks, story time, music, art, and interaction with a trusted network of local children and caregivers. My goal is to create a space where children feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged to develop at their own pace. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and excellent references.
